Crosslinks Consults (Crosslinks) is a leading PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP) in Uganda, founded with the mission of advancing the project management profession. Since 2016, we have been at the forefront of providing quality project management training and consultancy services to individuals and organizations. Crosslinks has trained the highest number of certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) in Uganda with a pass rate of 94%, showcasing our strong focus on professional development and technical excellence.

What We Do
At Crosslinks, we offer a wide range of services designed to equip professionals and businesses with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to succeed in today’s competitive environment. Our core services include:
- Training Services: Instructor-led, online, and blended project management training programs, tailored for beginners to advanced professionals.
- Consulting Services: Establishing and enhancing project management environments by setting up PMOs, customizing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and offering strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and contract staffing solutions.
- Technical Services: Expert technical solutions, including fiber optic design and construction for FTTx, and wireless technology solutions with point-to-point connectivity.
- Authorized Testing Center: Our upcoming Prometric and Pearson Vue testing center, launching in October 2024, will offer professional certification exams, including all PMI certifications.
