Eng. Isabirye is a seasoned communications engineer with 13 years’ experience in network designs, mobile telecommunications, software development and project management. Over the years, he has managed several projects in the areas of software development, telecommunications transmission, radio optimization, GSM Site Roll Out, TV & Radio Broadcasting

Eng. Isabirye is also a passionate project management trainer & consultant for many other for-profit and non-profit organizations and has widely consulted in Uganda and East Africa. He has done this under Crosslinks Access Network Services Uganda.

Isabirye is also enthusiastic about the promotion, growth, and practice of project management in Africa. He is currently volunteering
