Eng. Gerald Isabirye is a seasoned Communications Engineer and accomplished Project & Program Management practitioner with over 16 years of diverse experience spanning telecommunications, product and software development, broadcasting, construction, and academia. He is recognized for leading agile, collaborative, and cross-functional teams that deliver impactful results in complex environments.
Currently, Gerald serves as Senior Manager – Projects Implementation at MTN Uganda, where he drives strategic initiatives, major infrastructure rollouts and marketplace visibility projects that shape the company’s competitive edge. He also lectures part-time in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Kyambogo University, shaping the next generation of engineers, and leads Crosslinks Consults Ltd, a Project Management Institute (PMI®) Authorized Training Partner.
A passionate trainer, consultant, and keynote speaker, Gerald is certified by both PMI® and PECB. He has been instrumental in promoting the growth and practice of project management across Africa. His leadership extends to volunteer service, having contributed significantly as Vice President – Membership & Volunteers with PMI Uganda Chapter.
Gerald holds an MSc in Data Communications & Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), with additional technical credentials including PMI-ACP®, PMO-CP™, CCNA, Linux Administration, and Oracle Database & Optimization. His professional affiliations include global membership in PMI and IEEE, as well as national memberships in the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) and the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).

Eng. Irene Nattabi is an accomplished executive program manager and telecom network expert with over 17 years of progressive experience spanning project management, telecom network planning, implementation, operations, and maintenance.
Her career path includes impactful roles at TowerCo of Africa Uganda , American Tower Corporation ATC Uganda , Airtel Uganda , Warid Telecom and Huawei Technologies Uganda Ltd., where she honed her expertise in telecommunications infrastructure planning ,design, rollout, and operational efficiency.
Beyond corporate leadership, Irene is a Certified Instructor and Corporate Trainer with both the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB). Through, Crosslinks Consults Ltd, a consultancy she works with - Irene has trained and mentored hundreds of project managers across Uganda and East Africa, equipping professionals and organizations with skills in project governance, risk management, change management, and compliance.
She is deeply passionate about the advancement of project management in Africa. As the Immediate Past President of PMI Uganda Chapter, Irene continues to advise and mentor the Executive Board that provides strategic leadership and professional development opportunities to over 900 project management professionals nationwide.
Her dedication to engineering and mentorship extends to voluntary service with the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE) and the Engineers Registration Board (ERB), where she supports capacity-building initiatives and champions women in STEM.
Irene’s leadership philosophy is anchored in servant leadership, capacity building, and mentorship—believing that the true measure of leadership is the growth of people and institutions under one’s stewardship.
Outside of work, Irene is a wife and mother of three. Her weekends are her most cherished moments, often spent at the park with her children sharing in their joy as they play.

She has a strong track record in leading corporate strategy formulation, aligning organisational objectives, and driving performance for high-level institutions including UNOC and URA.
She is highly skilled in strategic enterprise analysis, monitoring and evaluation, project coordination, organisational development, and change management. Recognised for her analytical strength, strategic insight, and ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives, Sandra consistently delivers high-quality results that support executive decision-making and institutional transformation. She is also a certified PRINCE2 Project Manager, Balanced Scorecard Professional, and an active member of the Project Management Institute.

With over three years of experience delivering, (PMP)®, PMI-CP™ and PMI-SCP training programs to corporate and public sector clients, she brings a strong blend of instructional expertise and industry knowledge.
As an Authorized Trainer with PMI Global, she has successfully prepared and mentored numerous participants for the (PMP)®exam, consistently supporting their readiness and success. Her technical foundation is built on 13 years of experience as a civil engineer and project management professional in the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) sector. She is known for her strong sense of accountability, ability to deliver results in fast-paced, collaborative settings, and commitment to excellence. Over the years, she has effectively influenced national and local government stakeholders to adopt innovative project ideas, demonstrating her dedication to driving meaningful and sustainable change.

Alex Kateregga is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Project Management professional with over a decade of experience delivering complex construction and telecommunications infrastructure projects. He brings deep expertise in project planning, supervision, quality assurance, and tower construction and maintenance, having worked with leading organizations such as ATC Uganda, Ubuntu Towers, Eaton Towers, and Horus Power & Telecom Solutions.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Alex has a proven track record of executing projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. His core competencies include project coordination, BOQ analysis, risk management, contractor oversight, and end-to-end delivery of telecom towers and civil works. Currently, he serves as Tower Maintenance Project Lead at ATC Uganda, driving operational excellence and infrastructure reliability.

Daniel Mulryan is an accomplished Senior Manager with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience across project management, environmental compliance, operational delivery, and strategic transformation within the food production and manufacturing sectors. He has a strong record of delivering complex capital projects, implementing LEAN manufacturing systems, and leading multi-site operations through regulatory, quality, financial, and performance requirements. Daniel is highly skilled in governance, audit and risk management, sustainability, crisis and continuity planning, and stakeholder engagement at both executive and operational levels.
Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen large-scale infrastructure projects ranging from multimillion-dollar water and environmental system upgrades to renewable energy installations and major plant transformations. He is known for his ability to stabilise operations in challenging environments, strengthen organisational systems, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, resource management, and compliance. Daniel brings international experience from Australia and Europe, spanning environmental engineering, EHS management, and end-to-end operations leadership.

Dianah Nakasujja is a dedicated MEAL Specialist and certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting development and humanitarian initiatives across Uganda. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations and partners build strong monitoring systems, understand their data, and use evidence to improve how they serve communities.
She has contributed to large and complex programs funded by USAID, UN agencies, and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, where she designed practical MEL frameworks, led impact evaluations, and strengthened the capacity of teams and partners. Dianah is particularly passionate about turning data into meaningful insights and ensuring that learning informs real change. She has also played a key role in introducing digital MIS solutions and fostering a culture of adaptive management, accountability, and continuous improvement.
With advanced training in Monitoring and Evaluation and global certification in project management, Dianah is known for her collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and commitment to evidence-based decision-making that enhances program quality and long-term impact.
